How to Fix 3D Printer Filament Sticking to Nozzle – PLA, ABS, PETG
WebI have changed the nozzle, changed gears, PLA, mi configs in Cura, almost everything, and I can’t make any more prints with my machine, any suggestions? What it happens it’s that the PLA gets a form like a spring in the nozzle and doesn’t melt properly WebThe first picture seems to show layer shift. Usual causes include: Missed Z movement, so the nozzle hits the build and the layer is offset. Bad acceleration in X/Y, so there is missed X/Y movement, and the layer is offset. Adjustment: reduce Z G0 speed, and reduce X/Y speeds (G0 and G1) and acceleration, and then repeat. WebHowever, since yesterday, it seens i can’t print anything at all anymore. The thing is, there is filament (PLA) gettin out of the nozzle normally (specially if i go to Extruder -> Move 1mm -> and set the value to 15 – 20). But when its printing, the printer does the first raft layer, and then the supports, and then stops sending filament. highland homes dallas fort worth
