WebFlare ups are already so painful, not to mention my hands hurt too much to leisurely draw or knit… so theres not much to distract myself I feel like…. I end up watching mostly crappy tv or scrolling. I can barely watch foreign shows too during bad flareupe because subtitles + focusing on the show becomes too much.
