I have recently noticed my CPU usage jumps from around 15% to 70-80% randomly when im just on the desktop, also my PC has started to stutter or become laggy for moments when opening a simple window, for example if i right click ''sounds'' on the bottom right my pc will lag and stutter and it wont open for 3-4 seconds.
